I recently had the pleasure, along with the other members my organization, to participate in an incredibly helpful strategic planning process with Wakeen & Company. Our law firm has been in business for more than seven years now, but our continued growth and success will, of course, involve intentional planning to ensure that we are able to meet our desired goals and provide quality legal service to as many clients as possible. Having been involved with several non-profits over the years, I am familiar with the concept of strategic planning and its attendant benefits, but my experience with Wakeen was something completely different… and I mean that in a good way.
