Quotes traditionally include recommended placements, specs, deadlines and costs.  We may include multiple options or additional platforms for your consideration.  This is a collaborative process, so we welcome your feedback.  We will work with your team to finalize and provide any resource or research information to help you present to your client.

We secure placements and negotiate discounted rates.  We work with media partners to build the best plan at the most competitive rate and pass savings along to you.  Our service fees are built into the cost of the campaign, so there is no additional cost to work with us, but there is substantial ROI in terms of time, research and placement.  Where possible, we will also negotiate added value on behalf of your clients to further maximize their investment.

Upon approval, we will work directly with media vendors to place the advertising on behalf of your client.  We will communicate all final specs and deadlines. Traditionally, we work within a project management system to ensure that you have all the information in one place.  We then traffic creative on your behalf and provide confirmation at every step along the way.

 Over the course of your campaign, our media buying and coordination team is continually monitoring and confirming that advertising runs as planned.  This may include recommendations to optimize the campaign along the way. We will provide reporting and/or proof of performance, so that you can provide recaps back to your client with complete confidence.  

Streamline accounting with one invoice from Wakeen & Company for all media placements and access to our online portal for any supporting documentation.  While this is listed as the final step, please note that depending on the advertiser or type of campaign, pre-payment may be required.  You can expect clear communication from the Wakeen Team regarding any terms and costs before you approve placement.
