Tannon Herman is the Executive Director and Founder of Wildheart. He has worked with nonprofits for 16 years as well as helped lead or direct several other non-profits. Tannon is the key leader of Wildheart responsible for overseeing all Wildheart programs including fundraising, planning and execution. He provides oversight to staff culture, growth and morale and reports to the board of directors regarding goals and sustainability.
Tannon inspires others everyday by the way he genuinely loves people, honors others and continues to dream for a better future for his community. He is always connecting others to help meet the needs of the residents of Allison Hill in any way he can. Tannon has lived in Allison Hill since 2013 with his wife Cristina and 3 beautiful girls and loves to spend time with them in his free time!
